Blac Chyna is a successful businesswoman who has her own makeup brand, “Lashed by Blac Chyna.” Blac may be successful professionally, but she is struggling in her personal life. Chyna was accused of committing domestic abuse against Rob Kardashian. Blac has now been given the authority to depose the Kardashian-Jenners.

Blac Chyna’s legal team will be permitted to depose Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner, according to court records acquired by E! News. The judge denied the family’s move to dismiss the deposition subpoenas; however, each member’s deposition would be restricted to two hours.

“Chyna will be permitted to question all four individuals, despite their objection to the trial court that they are ‘too busy running billion-dollar companies’ to comply with Chyna’s subpoenas. The trial court agreed with Chyna that Kris, Kim, Khloe, and Kylie are not above the law and they must respond under oath to questions by her attorney.”

Attorneys representing Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner filed court documents on December 14 requesting a Los Angeles judge to vacate subpoenas issued to Chyna, whose actual name is Angela White.

“The subpoenas must be quashed because they present an unwarranted annoyance, embarrassment, oppression, and undue burden on the Non-Parties who have already been examined exhaustively by Ms. White in the related matter. Ms. White has no basis for wanting to depose these Non-Parties again on the same issues, other than to harass and burden the Kardashians/Jenners and generate headlines forcing the Non-Parties to file this motion.”

“The court should reject Ms. White’s misuse of the discovery process and quash the subpoenas.”

Kris, Kim, Khloe, and Kylie’s attorneys also claimed that their clients are preoccupied with business and professional engagements that are booked months ahead. They said that it would be “excessively disruptive and burdensome to force their additional depositions to take place on such short notice.”

Chyna’s attorney sent a statement to E! News in response to the Kardashian-Jenners’ court request.

“Angela White will respectfully ask the trial court to enforce the deposition subpoenas. The Kardashians/Jenners are not above the law. Indeed, even people who run ‘billion-dollar enterprises’ (to quote the Kardashian/Jenner court documents) must comply with valid subpoena powers of California’s superior courts.”

According to court filings, Chyna’s counsel deposed the four Kardashian-Jenner family members in 2019 and obtained a total of 25 hours of on-the-record testimony. The Kardashian-Jenner attorneys claimed last week that new depositions will not provide “admissible evidence.” They said that the testimony would just rehash their earlier evidence and would be delivered more than five years after the purported occurrence.

A trial in Rob’s case is set to begin one month later, on February 23. Blac is doing everything she can to prove her innocence. Let us wait and see what happens after the trial. Keep an eye on Thirsty for further updates.
