The search for Young Dolph’s murderers made some significant progress this week. Just yesterday, two of the suspects were arrested in Indiana and Memphis respectively. Now, a third one is in police custody.
Fox News 13 reports that Shundale Barnett was apprehended by the authorities today in Indiana. He is is being charged with accessory to murder. Shundale was in the passenger yesterday when Justin Johnson was arrested, the first suspect police were able to track down.
It’s understood that Barnett had been aiding Johnson while he was on the run from police in Indiana. The two of them are held in separate jails at the moment, as they wait for Memphis to be extradited where Dolph was killed.
The second suspect that was arrested yesterday, Cornelius Smith was apprehended by Shelby County police where the city of Memphis is located. Smith and Johnson have already hired legal representation, who previously helped Blac Youngsta avoid jail time in 2017 when he shot at Young Dolph’s car.
The U.S. Marshals have announced that Barnett is facing charges for accessory after the fact to first-degree murder, criminal attempt to commit first-degree murder and theft of property between $10,000 and $60,000. Keep a lookout on thirsty for more updates.
