Mariah the Scientist and Young Thug first sparked dating rumors in November after being photographed cuddling in a club by Young Stoner Life, Young Thug’s label. Thug had been in a long-term relationship with years old girlfriend Karlae before this, thus the news surprised fans.

Thug and Mariah have recently been spotted together a lot. Later in November, he was photographed on a date with Mariah at an Atlanta Falcons football game, indicating that he was serious about his relationship with her. Mariah’s most recent music video depicts them taking the next step in their relationship.

Mariah the Scientist’s sophomore studio album, RY RY WORLD, was released in July 2021, and the sensual R&B sensation collaborated with Lil Baby and Thugger for guest appearances. Her collaboration with Young Thug, “Walked In,” was given the video treatment this week, half a year later, and may disclose her current relationship status with Thug.
