Kyle Richards & Mauricio Umansky’s Bel Air Mansion Finally Sells For $6.1 Million

Kyle Richards has been active since the beginning of the year. She began by introducing a new puppy into her family, and then she dealt with her Bel Air mansion. Kyle and Mauricio ultimately sold the property for $6.5 million after raising the price in November 2021.

Richards and her husband, Mauricio Umansky, have finally sold their massive white mansion in Los Angeles’ Bel-Air neighborhood. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills actresses have been attempting to sell the mansion for the past five years. They initially listed it in 2017 for over $7 million, cut the price twice, and then re-listed it for $6.75 million in the summer of 2021.

TMZ reported last week that the Bravo regulars were able to finalize the purchase for the mansion for a very reasonable $6.1 million. Richards and Umansky, who own The Agency real estate firm, featured the extremely big property on their reality TV programme several times, frequently using their kitchen and swimming pool as a background.

They originally wanted almost $7 million in 2017, then lowered the price to Bel Air mansion on the market seeking $5.95 million in 2020, but dropped it again months later to $5.695 million. The house was then re-listed for $6.75 million in August 2021.
