Trae Tha Truth unfortunately met with a car accident and was rushed to the hospital as a result. On Tuesday January 18, the Houston rapper announced the news on Instagram, saying that he’s been released from the hospital and showing photographs of the damage to his vehicle.

Trae Tha Truth was previously hospitalized in 2012 after being shot outside Houston’s Scores Cabaret strip club, in which three people were killed and two more were injured. “The lady left me bleedin’ like two hours in the bed alone myself,” he alleged in an interview after the shooting.
