Nick Cannon Still Coping With The Loss Of Baby Zen

Nick Cannon suffered the terrible loss of his five-month-old son, Zen Cannon, with Alyssa Scott last month. He shared, his newborn baby passed away after an intense battle with brain cancer. The media mogul recently took a moment to address the loss.

On Friday evening, Cannon took to Instagram to pen down his thoughts about the tragic incident. Cannon posted a photo of him holding his babies, including the twins he shares with Abby De La Rosa, alongside his children with Mariah Carey, Monroe and Morrocan. It appeared that his kids with Brittany Bell were missing from the scene.

The grieving father wrote under the post, “Still missing my little dude, His Spirit and brightness were soo strong #ZensLight.” He also shared a verse which read, “To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord’. 2Corinthians 5:8”

Cannon and Scott have gone on to share more about the shared loss of their son as they continue to grieve the experience. Last month, Alyssa shared collection of short clips of Zen on Instagram. Under the post she described the time she spent with her late son. She wrote, “The soreness I felt in my arm from holding you is slowly fading away. It’s a painful reminder that you are no longer here.”
