LeBron James’ contributions to the world of professional basketball cannot be understated. James suffered a serious injury to his right ankle in the Lakers’ game against the Atlanta Hawks back in March last year. Even after coming back, James has never been the same. It seems LeBron James is confident about his current condition as well.
As reported earlier, LeBron James was very close to surpassing Kobe Bryant when it came to overall points during Christmas. During the Lakers’ game against the Brooklyn Nets, James scored 39 points and easily surpassed Bryant’s record of 395 points in 16 games as James had 383 prior to the game.
Despite a very slow start, LeBron James improved tremendously in recent months. So much so, that James has been in the MVP discussion. That is not all as James has an average of 29 points per game, which is his highest average in 12 years. He has the most 30 point games by any player this season.
While speaking to reporters after the Los Angeles Lakers lost to the Miami Heat, LeBron James stated that he is in one of the best offensive zones of his career and has no plans of stopping it.
”Um, that’s just how the game’s being on. I don’t need to score 30 a night, but I’m in one of the best zones offensively I’ve been in, in my career and I don’t plan on stopping it.
That’s just how I feel, I feel fantastic. Shooting the ball extremely well from the field.”
LeBron 33 points in a 107-113 defeat against the Miami Heat. We will have to wait and see whether LeBron James will help his team see success this season or not.
