Rae Sremmurd’s Slim Jxmmi Released After Girlfriend Recants Accusations

Rae Sremmurd’s Slim Jxmmi was accused of abuse by his girlfriend, but she changed her story. Now he is free after spending some time in the slammer.

According to TMZ, the hip-hop singer had his day in court today. His girlfriend took back her story and that seemed to do the trick. Jxmmi was then released on $2,500 bond, but he will have to wear an ankle bracelet for the courts.

After his girlfriend reportedly leveled accusations that he attacked her and pulled out her hair extensions, she took back her story. She posted on social media to say,

“Oh wow. This is cap. Dade County y’all are wrong for this. I told you guys he did not hit me. Every officer you guys had in my face are wrong for this. No hands were put on anybody, I stated it more than once. It was a loud argument and the police were called. You guys turn nothing into something. It’s our sons first birthday tomorrow, what’s wrong with y’all?”
