Michael Jackson will forever be remembered as the King Of Pop and his contributions to the music industry can never be understated. Despite his immense success, he is also no stranger to controversy. It seems his sister defined him recently as well.
In the new documentary series for A&E and Lifetime titled Janet, Janet Jackson addressed her brother’s multiple accusations of sexual abuse and assault over the years prior to his demise.
Janet Jackson vehemently defended her brother against the accusations, as she stated that Michael would never have it in him to do the acts.
“My brother would never do something like that, but I’m still guilty by association — because that’s what they call it, right?” When asked if she thought there was “any moment” Michael could have done what he was accused of, she said, “Never. I know my brother. He didn’t have that in him.”
Back in 1994, Janet Jackson lost a Coca-Cola deal due to the controversy. Along with her parents and siblings, the family publicly supported Michael throughout the entire ordeal, including the trials. Janet and Michael were inseparable despite their differences and she will forever love his brother till the end.
