NeNe Leakes Sells Georgia Mansion At Major Discount

NeNe Leakes has sold her Georgia mansion, and it seems that the lucky buyer snagged the property at a compelling price, paying nearly half NeNe’s initial asking price.

NeNe had listed the house for sale back in October, following the passing away of her husband, setting an initial price of $4 million. NeNe herself had purchased the properly for about $2.1 million back in 2015.

As per a TMZ report, the house has been sold at a price of $2.6 million. While this might still seem like a net profit for NeNe, she had made several upgrades to mansion.

The mansion boasts five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, and is replete with a resort-style pool and even waterfalls. The property stretches over 10,000 square feet in a gated country club community.
