Nick Cannon Held Off On New Baby Announcement Out Of Respect For Son That Just Passed

Nick Cannon was recently spotted throwing a baby shower for Bre Tiesi. The comedian has finally confirmed that he is indeed the father of the child. He also revealed the heartbreaking reason why he held off on making the announcement.

Cannon recently lost his five-month old son Zen. Understandably, he has been grieving the loss of his son. It seems that he held off on announcing his and Tiesi’s new baby boy out of respect for Zen.

And it was just one of those things like, you know, I didn’t know what to do. I didn’t know what to say when I was dealing with Zen or to hold off. Even right now, that it came out yesterday, that wasn’t planned to talk about it. We wanted to, you know, hold on as long as we can, but it happened. We here, and I’m with my family I get to discuss it. I get to be open.

While talking to the audience on his show, Cannon revealed that he is the father of Tiesi’s child. He also revealed that he recently found out that the child is a baby boy.

Cannon also expressed gratitude to Tiesi for not announcing their new baby boy until Cannon had figured out how exactly he wanted to break the news. We wish him strength through the grieving process, and congratulate him on his new baby boy.
