Candace Owens has chimed in on a popular Kanye West and Kim Kardashian controversy that has taken over timelines today. After Ye took issue with daughter North West appearing on TikTok, we reported on the violent public exchange between the divorced couple.
He’s made it obvious that he doesn’t want his child on the site, and Kim responded after his letter went viral. Ye clapped back by publishing a screenshot of TikTok’s policies after the reality star mogul criticized her ex for supposedly creating a negative narrative about their split.
Things appeared to be over there, but Candace Owens kept the conversation going by tweeting about the pair. As she called out Kardashian, Owens, who has previously worked with Ye, defended him.
Kim is wrong on this one. The psychological effects of social media on young girls is real and documented. It’s actually Kanye that is trying to protect his daughter in this regard and Kim is spinning this as ‘obsession’ and ‘control’. There are other creative outlets for kids.
She then sent her another tweet stating that there is no 8-year-old on the planet who need access to social media. They should better go play and color. While Owens has been a divisive character in politics, many people agree with her position on children’s use of social media. Check out her tweets below.
