Rebel Wilson Gets Restraining Order Against Man Who Claims They Have A Son Together

Rebel Wilson seems to have bad luck following her everywhere she goes. Wilson’s management team disapproved of her weight loss. Rebel has also been open about her struggles with fertility issues. Now, she’s dealing with a stalker who claims they fathered a son together.

The actress/comedian had her attorney, Susan Haber, file a request for a temporary protective order against the unidentified man. Rebel claims the harassment has been ongoing for months. A note left by the man claiming the pair has a 20-year-old son together was the last straw, according to TMZ.

The man allegedly showed up with several additional unwanted gifts. Among these was a stuffed penguin holding a card that said, “Love.” Several other creepy notes were also left. These included notes to the fictional son.

In the legal document, Rebel Wilson accused the man of being “delusional by creating in his mind a fictitious history of a relationship he had, and wants to continue to have.” Wilson noted that she was concerned for her safety. Legal action was the only way to get the harassment to stop.

The judge did grant Rebel Wilson’s restraining order. The man must now stay 100 yards away from Rebel. He is no longer allowed to attempt to contact her.

Rebel Wilson’s team has not commented on the ordeal. Hopefully, the restraining order is enough to keep the man away. It’s a scary time to be a celebrity.
