Snoop Dogg is one of the most recognizable names in popular culture. The Los Angeles rapper is also a huge Lakers fan. With the team struggling this year, Snoop hasn’t been afraid to be a little critical of his favorite team.
One of Snoop’s targets is Anthony Davis. Davis has been dealing with a slew of injuries this season. Snoop has called him soft. Anthony seems like he’s done dealing with The Doggfather.
Anthony Davis recently unfollowed Snoop Dogg on Instagram. Snoop was recently caught on video in the studio talking about what he thought of the Lakers star. It appears he is not interested in having any sort of relationship with Davis.
“I ain’t got nothing to say to that n*gga. That n*gga unfollowed me on Instagram.”
Anthony Davis recently returned after a knee injury. Fortunately, he was able to avoid surgery. The missed time was enough to get Davis a snub from the NBA All-Star Game.
Davis probably shouldn’t spend too much time worrying about Snoop Dogg. The Lakers are struggling to find chemistry and get the team back on track. If the playoffs began today, Los Angeles would be on the outside looking in. Snoop Dogg may just be frustrated with his favorite team’s poor performance.
