Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson needs no introduction when it comes to the pro wrestling world as he is still regarded as one of the all-time greats. He is also a dominant force in Hollywood and brings huge star power to any film he acts in. The Rock is also a businessman and a very smart one at that. He also loves keeping himself in the best physical shape possible.
The Rock recently showed support to Joe Rogan during his latest Spotify controversy and added that he wants to appear on the show. However, that quickly changed after a video of Joe Rogan using the n-word multiple times went viral all over the internet.
The Rock would then apologize to Cheri Jacobus for supporting Joe Rogan and went back on his support. Candace Owens took to Twitter and called out The Rock for going back on Joe Rogan support. She also called him fickle for good measure.
The Rock turning his back on Joe Rogan is so emblematic of why these fickle Hollywood types are never to be taken seriously. Remember fellas—routine steroid injections does not make someone a man.
In the end, The Rock did what he thought would save him face in public and not hamper his career in the end. Regardless, fans will call The Rock out for what he did and that will not change anytime soon.
