Aaron Rodgers just finished up a roller-coaster season with the Green Bay Packers. Despite a major controversy over his COVID-19 vaccination status, Rodgers’ stats were once again stellar. Aaron compiled a 111.9 QB rating to go with 4,115 yards through the air, 37 TDs, and only 4 interceptions. Rodgers still has a lot of gas left in the tank.

The Packers were upset by the San Francisco 49ers in this year’s NFC Divisional playoff round. Rodgers is eligible for free agency and can sign wherever he wants. Aaron has flirted with several teams, including the Pittsburgh Steelers, who are in desperate need at the position after the retirement of Ben Roethlisberger.

One person who doesn’t think Aaron Rodgers is going anywhere is Packers running back Aaron Jones. Jones told NFL Total Access Live that he can’t see Rodgers leaving. He feels it in his heart that Aaron will stay in Green Bay.

“I’ve heard what everybody else has heard, what they’re reading. But I think he’ll be there, in my heart. Green Bay, I can’t imagine him anywhere else, that’s where he’s been his whole career. I just can’t picture him anywhere else. I think we had a lot of fun this year, I hope to have him back and I believe in my heart he’ll be back.”

Aaron Rodgers will be one of the most coveted players on the market this offseason. Some teams will try to fill their QB void through the NFL Draft with incoming rookies like Kenny Pickett from Pitt and Matt Corral of Ole Miss. Rodgers isn’t done yet, so we’ll know his destination shortly.

Aaron Jones isn’t ready to let his quarterback go just yet. There hasn’t been a whole lot of insider information leaking about the situation. Fans will have to wait a while longer to see where Aaron Rodgers ends up next.
