David Spade is one of the most recognizable comedians in recent times and it is not hard to see why. It seems being a smart businessman is also something he can add to his resume now from the looks of it.
According to TMZ, David Spade has sold his longtime Beverly Hills mansion for $19.5 million. For those who do not know, David Spade purchased the 4 bedrooms, 7 bathroom home back in 2001 for $4 million.
With the housing market having seen huge growth since then, David Spade has profited a lot even after renovations on the house. The house is located in the Trousdale Estates in Beverly Hills.
It includes stars such as Elton John, Ringo Starr and Charlie Puth. The house is 6,426-sq ft and has amazing views from downtown L.A. to the blue Pacific. It even includes a tennis court and an entertainment lounge.
Spade listed the house last month with Stuart Vetterick of Hilton & Hyland for $20 million and it got sold for almost that amount, so it is likely David Spade is more than happy with the selling.
