2 Chainz Cosigns On Snoop Dogg Sparking Up During Super Bowl Halftime Show

Snoop Dogg will give one of the biggest performances of his life at Super Bowl LVI this Sunday. While the Los Angeles Rams and Cincinnati Bengals are taking a breather, Snoop will join Dr. Dre, Eminem, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar for what promises to be an epic show. A lot of fans have been trying to urge Snoop Dogg to smoke marijuana on stage.

The idea became so popular that some online betting sites have offered a prop bet as to whether Snoop will spark up on stage. The game takes place in California, where pot is legal. There is a distinct possibility that The Doggfather will be partaking that day anyway.

TMZ recently caught up with 2 Chainz who is in Los Angeles to promote his new cannabis business Pineapple Express and take part in some of the Super Bowl hooplah. Chainz was asked if he thought Snoop would smoke on stage during the halftime show. The rapper was cracking up and was all for the idea.

“Ha ha! Oh, man. That’d be legendary! That’d be legendary. I might bet with Vegas. I think Snoop should do it. We need that. We’re in California, it’s legal. Let’s do it, Snoop. I’mma call you. You got to do that. You got to do that!”

2 Chainz said he was more excited for the halftime show than the football game. A lot of hip hop and R&B fans are feeling the same. There hasn’t been this much hype about a halftime performance in years.

We’ll have to tune in like the rest of the country on Sunday night to see if Snoop Dogg will light up a blunt on stage at the Super Bowl. 2 Chainz and legions of fans think it would be legendary. If anyone might go for it, it’s Snoop.
