Megan Fox Is Pleased With The Outcome Of Her Divorce With Brian Austin Green

It’s been more than one year after Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green announced their split. Finally the Chapter is closed. Megan Fox is looking to the future after reaching a divorce settlement.

Megan Fox is with Machine Gun Kelly now, and they are very happy. Brian Austin Green is also expecting a child, so he’s doing fine now. Both seem happy with their divorce arrangement.

“Megan has moved forward with her life and is pleased with the outcome of the divorce settlement” a source told to Us Magazine. The source continues “the 35-year-old actress is thankful for the guidance she had during the divorce from her attorney Laura Wasser”. Whether either party will have to pay spousal or child support according to the terms of the settlement was not publicized.

The insider confirms that there wasn’t a prenup between Fox and Green but the divorce has been finalized. By California law they will have to split the assets acquired during their 10 years marriage. What comes next is the authority of their children.

The exes will share joint legal and physical custody of their three children Noah Shannon, Bodhi Ransom and Journey River. This arrangement was specified by Fox in her November 2020 divorce filing. The Jennifer’s Body star will also have her legal name revert to Fox, at least for a while, as she’s engaged to Machine Gun Kelly.

Fox and MGK got together with the spring following her October 2019 split from Brian. The news comes less than one month after their engagement and Green’s girlfriend Sharna Burgess revealed her pregnancy. Brian will soon have more kids to focus on and be there for.

Power attorney Wasser is currently working with Kim Kardashian on her split from Kanye West and has also represented Angelina Jolie, Britney Spears and Johnny Depp.
