414 Lil Moe was one of the industry’s most intriguing rappers. Unfortunately, on 8th February at the age of 26, he died. The Milwaukee rapper 414 Lil Moe was allegedly shot and killed in his hometown.
With the shooting death of up-and-coming artist 414 Lil Moe, the macabre and shameful trend of rappers being slain in their hometown continues. Milwaukee Police reported the 26-year-old rapper was slain approximately 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 8. They verified that there is no suspect in custody and it’s still unknown what led up to the incident.
Following the release of his Breaking Into The Industry EP, which includes his fan-favorite “Trendsetter” hit, which has over 100,000 Spotify plays, 414 Lil Moe was just beginning to gain traction in 2021.
After the murder of Wavy Navy Pooh, who was with his two children at the time of the shooting, 414 Lil Moe took to Instagram to express his thoughts on the incident and send his condolences to Pooh’s family and his QC label.
“They say it’s always your home town. Man we was suppose to link in MIA to shoot ‘Been Told’!!! Nigga we was just talkin a couple weeks ago about another collab!! I’ll never forget that big ass blunt you gave me in at the lab and politicking about our struggle!! Prayers out to your family and Quality Control @qcmceo_p @wavynavypooh Much Love!!”
414 Lil Moe was a genuinely kind guy. Unfortunately, the country loses the brighter young star. This unfortunate occurrence has devastated us all. Rapper, rest in peace.
