It is certainly an unfortunate time for many who are looking forward to the Super Bowl this week. This is especially true for celebrities who will attend the event amidst the recent crime wave in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, during a normal Super Bowl, celebrities usually wouldn’t call for backup security as the NFL and host city always have tight security teams and measures in place in case something happens. However, that is different this time around.
This is because Los Angeles has seen a surge in violence building up to game day, which is why celebrities are hiring additional security. 2 Deep Security stated that they are covering a handful of clients at the game which includes Saints linebacker, Kwon Alexander.
Every client will get three guards, 2 inside SoFi Stadium, and one on the outside. Normally only one guard would have been given to a celebrity. In addition to that, Ratpack Worldwide Security has seen an increase in speciality transportation requests.
Celebrities are said to have requested their bulletproof car and black truck fleets to go to and fro from games and be protected throughout. Celebrities are also not attending larger parties but opting for smaller ones this time around. In the end, the security business is booming right now and that is what matters in the end.
