Robert Pattinson Admits The Batman Role Was The Hardest Thing He’s Ever Done

Robert Pattinson has made a name for himself starring in films such as the Twilight series and many more. He truly displayed his acting skills in The Lighthouse back in 2019. It seems Pattinson wants to act as Batman for a long time.

Pattinson is set to star in the upcoming film titled The Batman, directed by Matt Reeves. The film is set to be a completely different take on Batman than shown in previous franchises.

Pattinson’s reveal was met with a lot of mixed reactions from fans, as many doubted Pattinson could do the Caped Crusader justice. Despite that, Pattinson is certain fans will like his own portrayal of Batman

While speaking to GQ, Robert Pattinson talked bout his role as Batman in the upcoming film. Pattinson admitted that it is by far the hardest thing he has ever done.

I just always had this anchor of Batman. Rather than thinking you’re flotsam to the news, you could feel engaged without being paralyzed by it. Everyone I know, if you had a little momentum going in your career or your life, then stopping, you had to have a reckoning with yourself. Whereas I was so incredibly busy the whole time, doing something that was also super high pressure, by far the hardest thing I’ve ever done…. I was still playing Batman at the end of the day, even though the world might end.

Robert Pattinson also recently warned fans that the upcoming Batman film will be very depressing. The film will release on March 4 this year and it remains to be seen whether it will be a huge success or not.
