Bob Saget’s Family Files Lawsuit To Prevent Release Of Death Investigation Records

Bob Saget was hailed as a comedic genius, who made a name for himself in shows such as Full House. Saget recently passed away, leaving a huge void that may never be filled. Bob Saget is one of the stars for whom the entire nation is still mourning.

As reported earlier, police officers discovered that the comedian was lying face-up on the bed, his left arm over his chest and his right arm alongside him. This led them to believe Saget suffered a heart attack.

It was said that Bob Saget passed away due to head trauma. Now it seems Bob Saget’s family has filed a lawsuit to prevent the release of his death investigation records.

According to Page Six, Saget’s widow and daughters filed a lawsuit against the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and a local coroner Tuesday. The family hopes to prevent the release of photographs and video recordings obtained by law enforcement.

Saget’s widow Kelly Rizzo and his three daughters stated that releasing the records would cause “irreparable harm in the form of extreme mental pain, anguish and emotional distress.”

As reported earlier, Saget passed away in his sleep peacefully. The world will continue to mourn his loss and that is unlikely to change anytime soon.
