Kim Kardashian Wants To Speed Up The Divorce With Kanye West

In the past few weeks, Kanye West has made it abundantly clear that he will do anything to reunite his family. The rap icon has often butted heads with his ex Kim Kardashian on social media. It appears, Kim moving full speed ahead with their divorce. 

The split between these two A-listers has been an ongoing, ever-changing saga unraveling on a world’s stage. Just recently, the ex-power couple went into a social media frenzy. Meanwhile, Kanye has been actively denouncing anyone associated with Kim’s new beau Pete Davidson.

It appears Kim is tired with Kanye’s antics as she’s spearheading the divorce process. According to Radar Online, Kim’s lawyer was in court this week asking a judge to expedite the divorce process. The outlet got their hands on court documents wherein Kim’s legal team stated that West “had been served with legal papers.”

The court documents allege that Kim wants to be declared legally single. She stated in the documents that the relationship cannot be rectified. The paperwork reads, “No counseling or reconciliation effort will be of any value at this time,” The fashion mogul reportedly stated that the divorce hasn’t seen movement because of West’s delays.

“I[Kim] have been attempting to settle our dissolution with [Kanye] since I filed for divorce in February 2021. I have requested several times that [Kanye] agree to bifurcate and terminate our marital status. [He] has not responded to my request.”

Kim’s lawyer filing a proof of service indicates the reality star is ready for the court to set a hearing on the matter. This move comes just days after Kanye decided to call out Pete on social media over the weekend. He nicknamed him “Skete” and accused him of being a pawn in a bigger media manipulation conspiracy.
