Snoop Dogg Plans To Revive Death Row As First NFT Label

Snoop Dogg is a veteran in the Hip-Hop world and is considered as a collective “Uncle” by many in the Hip-Hop community. This simply goes to show how universally loved and respected he truly is. Now it seems Snoop Dogg has ambitious plans for Death Row records.

Snoop Dogg being a veteran, is certainly not afraid to show his appreciation and give the rub to newer rappers of the Hip-Hop world. He has done so on various occasions throughout his career.

Snoop Dogg doesn’t seem to stop making big business moves as he recently purchased iconic label Death Row Records. As revealed by a recent YouTube video, Snoop Dogg has interesting plans for Death Row records.

The legendary rapped stated that he is planning to make the resurrected imprint an NFT label. As expected, he wants to be ahead of the curb.

“Death Row will be an NFT label. We will be putting out artists through the metaverse. Just like we broke the industry when we was the first independent [label] to be major, I want to be the first major [label] in the metaverse.”

Snoop Dogg made this announcement right after his partnership with the blockchain gaming company Gala Games. We will have to wait and see how Snoop Dogg’s business venture will turn out to be.
