John Cena is a 16-time World Champion and carried the company on his back throughout the PG era. From 2017 John Cena became a part-timer in WWE and has appeared sporadically due to his busy schedule in Hollywood. It seems he is set to star in another film already.
After 2015 John Cena starred in much better movies such as Trainwreck, Sisters, Blockers and Bumblebee. 2021 was arguably his best year as he acted in Fast & Furious and also in The Suicide Squad.
This year he starred in his Peacemaker spinoff and now he will star in another film. According to a report by The Hollywood Reporter, John Cena will be starring in a new live-action/CGI animated film featuring the classic Looney Tunes character, Wile E. Coyote.
The film will be titled Coyote vs. Acme and will see the titular character as he sues Acme industries for the defective products they sell him in order to catch the Roadrunner.
Cena is set to portray the role of the former boss of Acme Industries. Filming will start in New Mexico in late March this year. We will have to wait and see how the film will turn out to be whenever it releases.
