Ironclad Prenup Agreement Protects Kim Kardashian From Kanye West’s Objections

Kanye West’s much publicized feud with ex- Kim Kardashian has took over headlines over the past few weeks. The rap icon has relentlessly dished out attacks at Kim’s new boyfriend Pete Davidson. Meanwhile, Kim tried to have the divorce process expedited, but Kanye had plans to derail the process.

We reported earlier, West’s lawyer filed an objection to Kardashian’s petition. The lawyer said Ye wants to put safeguards in place to protect the couple’s marital property in case she ties the knot again. However, according to Radar, West’s reason for objecting to Kim Kardashian‘s divorce plans is total BS.

A source told the outlet, the ex-power couple’s prenup agreement squashes all of his worries. The outlet reported the exes have a rock-solid prenup that protects their separate property. Sources revealed to Radar, Kanye rushing to court and objecting to Kim wanting to be legally single because he’s scared she’ll remarry and take what’s his “doesn’t make sense.”

Ye and Kim are still working out the details in their ongoing divorce battle. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has been desperately trying to remove Kanye West from her life. She wants the judge to hurry along the divorce process and reinstate her single status.

Kardashian is also Kanye West’s biggest cheerleader in front of their children. We will have to wait and see whether the two will eventually have an amicable relationship or not.
