Kanye West Could Face Charges After Battery Incident

Kanye West has proven himself to be a true genius when it comes to being a businessman and also as an artist. It is hard to argue with that fact as West has proven time and time again why he is one of the best ever. It seems Kanye West might be facing charges after all.

Kanye West is currently under investigation by the LAPD after allegedly punching a fan. According to TMZ, police have almost finished their investigation into the case, and will soon send their findings off to the L.A. City Attorney’s Office.

The Attorney will decide whether to file any criminal charges against Kanye. It was said that including the paparazzi video evidence, and witness statements, police believe there is enough evidence the paparazzi video evidence, and witness statements.

Police officers wanted to interview Kanye West after the incident but were not able to due to a busy schedule. The City Attorney has three ways of going about the case, which are – file charges, reject the case, or call the involved parties in for an informal office hearing where they could impose certain conditions for the case to go away.
