Jay-Z and the Game’s relationship has had always its ups and downs throughout the years, but the Game has no grudge against Jay-Z. Fans can see there is a lot of controversy going on related to Jay-Z and the Game. Recently, The Game refused to blame Jay-Z for his exclusion from the Super Bowl halftime show.
Despite the fact that the Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show featured Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Blige, Kendrick Lamar, and 50 Cent, the “Eazy” rapper appeared to be upset over not being part of the festivities, despite the fact that it was hosted in his hometown of Los Angeles. The Game vented his rage by retweeting other people’s remarks on Instagram, including one from King Trell.
“FYI: @losangelesconfidential Should’ve been on stage at the Super Bowl I’ll be first to say it.”
Game’s former manager Wack 100 stated in a recent Clubhouse conversation that Game told Jay-Z to “suck his dick” prior to the halftime show, which is why he wasn’t on the bill. The halftime show was produced by Jay-Z and Roc Nation.
“That’s why The Game wasn’t on the [halftime show]. Because Game told that ni**a [JAY-Z] to suck his dick like 18 hours ago.”
The Game is now working to clear his name. On Sunday morning, he responded to Wack’s assertion that he dissed Hov and denied feeling slighted for not being included on the list.
“I ain’t had no conversation with nobody regarding Jay-Z & the Super Bowl he put together. I don’t feel no way about not being included. It was a GREAT SHOW featuring iconic artists. It was a WIN for the culture.”
“I control my own narrative. Do not be fooled by the internet, blogs, podcasts or anyone speaking on my name that is not me. My life & new album are both amazing & I’m in a great space creatively & artistically.”
“I’m in Miami to help Ye’ finish Donda 2 & support my friend in one of the most pivotal times of his life/career. Leave me & my name out of any NEGATIVE conversations unless I have given you a REAL reason to include me !!!”
“Hov’ continues to break down doors for the culture & I am in full support of anything & anyone who is on the help side of urban greatness.”
Finally, the Game made a statement quite evident for his absence at the Super Bowl Halftime Show. The Game is presently working on Donda 2 with Kanye West in Miami. The sequel to Donda is soon to be released. Only 2 days to go!!! For further updates stay tuned to Thirsty.
