Sam Hunt’s Pregnant Wife Files For Divorce Citing Cheating

Sam Hunt and Hannah Lee Fowler married in 2017. But it seems their 5-year marriage is about to end as Hannah has now filed a divorce over some bold claims.

Hannah has filed for divorce, claiming Sam has committed adultery. TMZ got their hands on Hannah’s legal documents that state Sam is “guilty of inappropriate marital conduct.” And also “guilty of adultery.”

Hannah cited a code section that claims she is the victim of cruel and inhuman treatment.

“The husband is guilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct toward the spouse as renders cohabitation unsafe or improper.”

The legal documents also reveal that Hannah is pregnant and due for May. The couple never announced the pregnancy. Hannah filed these documents in state of Tennessee which happens to be a no-fault divorce state.

Hannah is asking for alimony, child support, and primary custody for her soon-to-be be born child. The reports also indicate the couple could have prenuptial agreement because Hannah is asking for “the parties be awarded their respective separate property.”

The information also reveals that Hannah filed for divorce last Friday. Documents state they were separated at the time of filing. Another one of her wants are; “transitional alimony, rehabilitative alimony, and alimony in future.”

Either way, it looks like it’s over for the couple.
