Playboi Carti is unquestionably one of the most well-known rappers in Hip-Hop nowadays. Despite this, he has a history of causing trouble. As reported earlier, he helped Jeff Hardy trend in a huge way as well. At yesterday night’s Donda 2 listening session in Miami, Florida, Playboi Carti was out of control.
King Vamp strolled through water and screamed along to his verse, roaring out his crazy ad-libs and singing the uncensored version of his lyrics as he performed “Off The Grid” with Ye and Fivio Foreign from the first Donda album. Carti’s diverse delivery, yelling his rhymes, and turning up to the fan-favorite tune quickly became a social media trend shortly after he took the stage.
Music fans commented on his unusual delivery, yelling his lyrics, and turning up to the fan-favorite track. Carti’s attire, which was similar of WWE’s Jeff Hardy, drew the most attention during the performance.
One fan chimed in, saying: “PLAYBOI CARTI CAME OUTTA NOWHERE SCREAMING WITH FACE PAINT.”
Alicia Keys, DaBaby, Marilyn Manson, and a slew of other artists performed with Ye last night, in addition to Playboi Carti. Several songs from the upcoming album were performed, including “Security,” a new song that appears to be directed at Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson.
Take a look at some of the reactions below and tell us what you thought of Carti’s performance in the comments.
