Hannah Lee Fowler, Sam Hunt’s estranged wife, dropped her divorce petition against him the same day after filing it. New reports suggest that she did so because her lawyers filed it in the wrong county.
Hannah’s lawyers initially filed the case on Feb. 18, which they withdrew shortly after realizing they had filed it in incorrect county. She has refiled for divorce and it seems her lawyers got the county right this time.
The county where divorce is now refiled is somewhere near Nashville area. The lawyers had initially filed it in the wrong jurisdiction, TMZ reported.
Fowler filed her initial complaint at 11:43 a.m., only to file a Notice of Voluntary Nonsuit less than three hours later, at 2:13 p.m. Which is less than three hours and it seems like a new record.
The two started dating when Sam was a quarterback at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. They married almost five years ago and had been together for years before that.
