Blac Chyna Flaunts Her Figure In Cherry Red Workout Outfit After Rob Kardashian Drops Lawsuit

Rob Kardashian decided to drop his assault lawsuit against Blac Chyna. He decided to end the legal proceedings for the sake of their daughter Dream. Now Blac Chyna is resting a bit easier, and she’s getting herself out there.

Earlier this week Blac Chyna was spotted in a cherry red ribbed bra-latte that matched her leggings. She wore a crimson hat and also a massive pair of grey sunglasses. To round off her stunning outfit she also wore a pair of white sneakers that would make her impossible to ignore.

Rob said “My love for Dream far outweighs my desire to proceed with my claims against her mother in a public trial. Now that the court has ruled that there is sufficient evidence to warrant a jury trial on my claim for assault, for our daughter’s sake, I am dismissing the action and focusing on my co-parenting relationship with Chyna.”

Black Chyna shared a new photo with her 16.3 mill Instagram followers saying ”Life’s good.”

Rob filed a lawsuit against his former girlfriend stating that she tried to strangle him with an iPhone charger cord while both of them were at his sister Kylie Jenner’s house. He added that she was not sober and had taken “copious amounts” of drugs and alcohol. He also added that Chyna damaged Kylie’s home and also physically assaulted Rob.

Lynne Ciani, Chyna’s lawyer stated, “‘Rob Kardashian should have thought of his daughter Dream before he filed his malicious and baseless assault and battery lawsuit. Rob has sought to use his wealth and power via this vexatious lawsuit to smear Chyna as a mother and even as a human being for more than four years.”

Ciani also added that Rob only dropped his case because he feared a trial and not primarily because of his daughter. “Rob dropped his case on the eve of trial, not because he suddenly wanted to drop the case ‘for the sake of his daughter,’ but because he knew his assault and battery accusations against Chyna were false. In other words, Rob’s avoidance of the serious consequences of an adverse jury verdict is why he dropped his case, not his supposed ‘concern’ for his daughter.”

Chyna will now seek relief from the court to make sure that Rob cannot refile his lawsuit and to make him pay for her substantial litigation costs,” she finished.

Previously, Chyna tried to have the lawsuit dropped but her attempt went unsuccessful. She claimed to have proof that she never attacked her ex but a judge denied her request to have the lawsuit dropped.

According to Chyna, Rob had once told the L.A. Department of Children and Family Services that she had never attacked him in 2016, according to legal documents obtained by The Blast
