Teen Moms follow each other’s life closely and even comment on it from time to time. Farrah Abraham recently made headlines for letting her 13 year old daughter get a septum piercing. Following the trend, Chelsea Houska’s daughter Aubree also sported a septum ring.
The mom of four celebrated her tween on Instagram stories including showing off her braided hair and new piercing. Fans were shocked to see Houska following Farrah Abraham’s foot steps. Both mom were called irresponsible for letting their teenage daughters get septum piercing.
“How cute is she,” Chelsea captioned the series of videos on Thursday. Chelsea Houska later revealed that the septum ring was a fake, and removable. However, the damage had already been done and Houska received a lot of backlash.
Fans thought the Teen Mom 2 alum was trying to emulate Farrah’s recent gift to Sophia. “So wait, did Sophia copy Aubree or the other way around?!” one person wrote on Reddit. Another claimed: “Aubree copying Sophia!”
Its all about following trends in the Teen Mom circle. Recently, Kailyn Lowry was accused of copying Chelsea Houska’s house. The Houska-DeBoer family is also set for a HGTV farm house series.
