50 Cent remains one of the most influential rappers in the history of the Hip-Hop world. 50 Cent performed alongside Eminem, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Mary J Blige, Kendrick Lamar, and Anderson .Paak during the Super Bowl halftime show in Los Angeles earlier this month.

Although 50 Cent remains a New Yorker at heart, he announced last year that he will be relocating to Houston, Texas. While Fif was embracing his role as an honorary Texan, memes began to fly, especially when he surrounded himself with some big money people.

Fifty recently attended the Houston Rodeo Wine Auction, where he exchanged greetings, engaged in some serious bidding, won big, and got himself into a bit of trouble. The rapper posted a selfie of himself standing next to a bronze statue of the world’s first registered quarter horse on Instagram.

While he said he had a good night, he also said it was a humbling experience because he was surrounded by individuals with a lot of money. Still, when it came to bidding at the wine auction, 50 put his money where his mouth was.

During the auction, the rapper revealed that he won a bottle of wine worth more than a Rolls Royce. Fif spent $125,000 after winning a bid on a bottle of Hye Meadow Winery’s 2017 red wine, according to ABC 13. Despite recently performing on the Super Bowl halftime stage alongside Dr. Dre and other well-known acts, he was reportedly urged by auction employees to ensure he paid for the bottle.
