Joey King Engaged To Steven Piet

Joey King was launched into the glamorous world of Hollywood through her role in Netflix’s The Kissing Booth. Recently, Joey revealed an exciting news pertaining to her love life.

On Tuesday, Joey revealed she’s engaged to her director beau Steven Piet with gorgeous images shared to Instagram. She shared the slew of images on the social media platform just one week after the proposal.

Steven popped the question on the third anniversary of them becoming a couple. Joey wrote on social media, ‘I never knew happiness could be so powerful that it can take the air from your lungs, overwhelming every part of you that you can’t help but feel your eyes well from the undeniable joy,’

The 22-year old actress added, ‘I love you more than an Instagram caption could ever do justice. Hanging out with you forever sounds like a real dream, so let’s do it.’ It appeared from the pictures shared by her that the couple were on vacation in Joshua Tree National Park with rugged terrain and the region’s twisted trees pictured in the distance. 

King proudly showed off her unique new engagement ring in contrast to her black manicure to her nearly 20 million followers. The couple first met while working together on Hulu’s The Act where she starred as Gypsy Rose Blanchard, a series he co-executive produced and directed two of the season’s episodes, “Free” and “Plan B.” You can check out her social media announcement below.
