Aaron Carter’s Ex Melanie Martin Files Restraining Order Against Him

Aaron Carter has had an on-and-off relationship with Melanie Martin for a very long time. After a very messy breakup, Aaron Carter and Melanie Martin got back together a couple of months ago and fans thought things would be better this time. Unfortunately, that was not the case as the two split up once again recently.

Aaron Carter and Melanie Martin continue to make headlines for all the wrong reasons ever since they got together for the first time. Carter recently filed for legal custody of their 3-month-old son as well.

Carter had claimed he was abused by Martin in the filing which was documented on Feb. 23, 2022. However, Carter asserted there weren’t any witnesses to his alleged abuse. In the legal documents, Carter described the abuse inflicted on him as ’emotional distress, anguish, shoving, & scratching.’ 

According to a report by The Blast, Melanie has filed for a restraining order against Aaron Carter, citing a fight they were said to have had on February 21. Melanie accused Carter of punching her on her left side, which led to him breaking her ribs.

“We had a fight about me talking to another man while we were broken up. He punched me in the left rib and pushed me. I didn’t feel the pain until a few days later, then I left the house because he threaten to give me a restraining order.”

I went to Kaiser, my doctor, and took X-rays. 3 broken ribs. It should be noted, Martin attached medical records to the restraining order, which appear to confirm the existence of at least one broken rib. The documents include medical recommendations on how to treat broken ribs.

Melanie also further added that she and her son were kicked out of their home, and the Department of Child and Protective Services has stepped in to make sure that their son is safe and sound. We will keep you updated on this ongoing case.
