Kobe Bryant will forever be remembered as one of the best basketball players to have ever stepped foot inside the world of professional basketball. It has been two years since the world lost Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna in a tragic helicopter crash and many people still have a hard time accepting his demise.

The late basketball legend’s wife Vanessa Bryant had filed a lawsuit against the helicopter company involved in the fatal crash that killed her husband and daughter. The lawsuit was also finally settled last year.

According to TMZ Sports, Kobe Bryant’s shooting shirt from his legendary 81-point game has been sold for $277,000 at auction. The person who bought the shirt also got themselves a one-of-one NFT that came with it.

The shirt is a one-of-a-kind article of clothing as it worn by Bryant before he scored the 2nd-most points ever in an NBA game. On top of that, experts at Sotheby’s stated that it remains the only worn piece from that game on the market.

It was said that the for the shooting shirt closed last week. David Kohler, President of SCP Auctions and owner of one of the largest private Lakers memorabilia collections in the world, was the one who ended up buying it in the end.

“After collecting Kobe Bryant memorabilia throughout many years, I am thrilled and honored to add this very special artifact from one of the most significant games in NBA history to my collection.”

Kobe Bryant will forever live on in the hearts of his family, friends and fans and anything related to him will certainly be valuable for those who want to purchase them.
