Fat Joe Botches Billie Eilish’s Name While Trying To Salute Her

Billie Eilish is best known for her oversized clothing. Kanye West chastised Billie last month for allegedly shading his good friend Travis Scott during a concert earlier this year. Perhaps Billie can now count Fat Joe as a fan.

The Terror Squad rapper took to Instagram Stories over the weekend to praise the 20-year-old pop star for wearing an outfit reminiscent of the baggy threads he and his rap peers wore in the 2000s. Eilish was photographed standing next to SZA and Tierra Whack, wearing a comically oversized blue button-down shirt and matching shorts, as well as white and blue Air Jordan II sneakers.

However, there was one minor snag: Fat Joe completely mispronounced Billie Eilish’s name. “Billie eye lash on her fat joe,” he captioned the photo. Despite taking all of the credit, Billie Eilish’s outrageous outfit was inspired by another rapper who rose to fame before the era of skinny jeans.

The “Bad Guy” singer first shared the photo on social media in 2018, captioning it, “man why tf are tierra whack and sza hanging out with soulja boy?” After one Photoshop-savvy user made Eilish’s outfit appear even bigger, it became a meme.
