Soulja Boy Reacts To Accusation That He Isn’t From Atlanta

Soulja Boy was born in Chicago and moved to Atlanta when he was six years old, where he developed an interest in rap music. He moved to Batesville, Mississippi, with his father when he was 14 years old. Soulja recently confronted Akbar V, claiming that he is not from Atlanta.

Akbar V is well-known for her appearance on the TV show Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta. Recently, rapper Akbar V released a song in which she claimed Soulja Boy was not from Atlanta. Soulja Boy has since responded to the rapper.

According to Vlad Tv, Big Draco called out Akbar on Instagram, saying, “Akbar, could you sit your n*pple head a** down somewhere b***h.” He continued saying, “[she] talking about Soulja Boy ain’t grow up in the A, you don’t know me, you don’t know s**t about me.” before calling her a slew of derogatory nicknames. Soulja Boy listed a number of streets to represent his origins.

Akbar V has since responded by saying, “@souljaboy now big Draco what I do to deserve this? I love #bigdraco it hurt me when I found out u wasn’t from Atlanta cause you rep us so well. We let you stay cause u had everybody cranking that Soulja.” Akbar concluded by saying, “We know u not from the A we adopted u,” before saying, “you from Chicago, bro.”
