Kanye West is going strong with his social media by posting memes and weird poems. Donda 2, Kanye West’s latest album, was released a few weeks ago exclusively on the artist’s $200 Stem Player. Unlike Donda, his latest album didn’t make it to Billboard charts and it seems Kanye has reacted to the news.
Ye is rejoicing over the fact that his most recent studio album, Donda 2, was scrapped from the Billboard charts due to the publication’s album bundling guidelines. The album can’t chart since Donda 2 is only available through Ye’s $200 Stem Player, which is currently deemed merchandise.
Ye said in response to an article claiming that the album could not chart on Billboard. He considers this as a victory because he was able to create his own system and set his own value. His creation can no longer be judged or counted which is a huge win according to him.
Big win for the kid We can no longer be counted or judged We won we won we won we won We make my own systems We set our own value aaaand yesterdays price is not todays price baaaaabeeeee!!!!!
Ye seemed to be pleased at the prospect of reclaiming ownership of his work and releasing it on his own terms. It’s uncertain whether Donda 2 will be updated on streaming platforms, however you can listen to it right now via Stem Player. This comes after Ye penned down two new poems this week, “DIVORCE” and “DEAD.” Check out his Instagram post below.
