Britney Spears Interested In Buying Drake’s Mansion

Drake’s YOLO mansion has been seeing huge interest after it has been put on sale on Monday and Britney Spears has her eyes on this house! We’ll have to see if Britney pulls the trigger, but she certainly has the dough and she can spin it as she wishes now.

TMZ reported that the house was flooded with buyers on Tuesday, holding showings for 20-30 guests, and Britney Spears and her fiancé Sam Asghari were one of these buyers.

The house is surely one of a kind but we’re not sure what exactly attracted Britney to the property. The house has a recording studio so maybe we can expect more hits from the pop artist.

The package deal Britney Spears was looking at, the estate and the two neighboring properties, which makes the ultimate compound worth 22.2 million. She’s ready to spend around $60 million and she has also got a house to sell which is worth almost a few dollars.

A source also reported that Caitlyn Jenner took a tour of the estate on Tuesday as well.

Drake listed the 3 homes on Monday. The main mansion is 12,500 square feet and has an asking price of $14.8 million and has a private theater, pool with a bar and waterfalls, and tennis courts.

The house already has a couple of serious buyers so Drake won’t really have a problem with selling the house.
