Rosanna Arquette’s marriage came to an end on Wednesday as her 62-year-old husband, Todd Morgan, filed for divorce in Los Angeles, citing “irreconcilable differences.” The couple were seemingly married for eight years.
In the court document obtained by ET, Morgan has listed their date of separation as January 1. He has requested the L.A. County court that neither Arquette nor himself be provided with spousal support and that they both should pay their own attorney fees.
The report suggests the former couple might have already had a prenup as they entered marriage with their own assets.
“The community property assets and debts of the community, if any, should be divided pursuant to the terms of the parties’ prenuptial agreement,” the document reportedly states. “Attorneys’ fees and costs are payable pursuant to the terms.”
Arquette and Morgan married in 2013 in a private ceremony in Malibu, California, after being engaged for two years. Interestingly, the Pulp Fiction Star has expressed having difficulties in her relationship to various outlets back in 2012.
This was Arquette’s fourth marriage. She was also married to Anthony Greco from 1979 to 1980, James Newton Howard from 1986 to 1987, and John Sidel from 1993 to 1999.
