Eminem’s ‘The Way I Am’ Achieves Another Platinum Certification

Eminem is an legendary artist in the hip-hop industry. The rap icon has a number of achievements to his name. Eminem started his career over two decades ago, before the streaming era, and still has a major pull in the rap scene. Now, he has hit another milestone in his career.

In early March, Marshall brought two different Platinum certifications to one of his most popular songs. The RIAA awarded a 2xPlatinum certificate for “The Way I Am” in the US in the recent mass update.

Prior to this, the BPI certified 600,000 sold units and issued a platinum certificate for the song, “The Way I Am” in the UK. It’s certainly a great feat to achieve.  Eminem has given us a wave of songs that define a generation.

In March, the rapper became the most certified artist in RIAA’s Gold & Platinum history for singles. Em shows no signs of slowing down as he continues to break records. His fans are surely excited to see their icon reach new heights.
