Sandra Bullock is an Oscar-winning actress and is a mother of two. Now she has decided to take a break from her acting career since she wants to spend more time with her kids.
Sandra’s elder son, Louis Bullock, is 12-years-old and her daughter Laila Bullock is 10. Sandra told Entertainment Tonight that she wants to step away from acting so that she can be “in the place that makes me happiest.” She also said that she doesn’t know how long her break will last.
“I take my job very seriously when I’m at work,” Sandra explained. “And I just want to be 24/7 with my babies and my family. That’s where I’m gonna be for a while.” She added jokingly that she would be “servicing their every need and their social calendar” during her break.
Bullock also said that she has been a crazy lady during the pandemic. She said, “They know their children will return without COVID when they’ve come to our house.”T
The Blindside star also opened up to E! News about her children’s adoptions stories. “It makes me really emotional, but I feel beyond a shadow of a doubt that my mother brought me these children,” she said, adding that she “found out about both babies” while staying in the Jackson Hole, Wyo, where her mother, Helga Meyer, was buried. “I knew I would be a mother. I knew I wouldn’t be a mother at a young age. … I was on a wheel, but it’s hard when society is breathing down your neck going, ‘You have to do [motherhood] this way.'”
Sandra adopted Louis in 2010 and Laila in 2015. She is co-parenting her children with her boyfriend, Bryan Randall who she is dating since 2015.
