Rick Ross is one of the most well-known rappers in hip-hop, as well as one of the wealthiest. Fans will be astounded, yet maybe not surprised, to learn that Rick Ross recently received an unusual present. Ross welcomed two giant buffalo to his ‘The Promise Land” property.
Rick Ross is once again making boss moves. According to TMZ, the ‘Richer Than I Ever Been’ singer just received two full-grown buffalos as a present to help him expand his vast estate.
The animals were sent to the 46-year-Georgia old’s farm, dubbed “The Promised Land,” by his business partners at Ethika, a clothes and underwear firm. The Ethika’s head of brand operations, Darius Burton, told the outlet.
“We are gifting Ross these buffalo after conversation at his birthday party back in January. I wanted to get him a giraffe but he wasn’t ready for that commitment so he said, ‘Let’s start smaller, like a cow.’”
“Nah, everyone has cows. I want you to have something nobody else in your state has, I’m getting you a buffalo.”
One of the animals, a 5-year-old heifer called Timbuktu by the rapper, stands 6’2″ tall and weighs 2000 pounds, while the other, a 700-pound heifer, is just over a year old. Burton told that he hopes to bring the giraffe to his friend’s place by Christmas. The Promise Land now contains four horses and a bull.
The father of four has been flaunting his gift on Instagram like a kid in a candy store, stating that it is “something he spoke into existence and wanted his entire life.” He can be heard telling the animals, “I love you,” in one film as he welcomes them to their new home.
