Judge Rules Amanda Bynes’ Conservatorship Will Finally End

Amanda Bynes is seeking to end her long-standing conservatorship after nearly a decade. Finally, Amanda is going to hear some good news from the court hearing. She is now less than 24 hours from personal freedom.

Amanda filed her documents in February. As you may already know, Bynes went into a conservative arrangement with her mother in 2013. Unlike Britney Spears, Amanda Bynes’ parents are all for ending her conservatorship. This makes things a lot easier for the former child star.

Amanda Bynes is less than 24 hours from personal freedom as a judge just set the stage for the end of her conservatorship. According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, the judge for the case issued a tentative ruling Monday saying Amanda’s conservatorship is “no longer required.” It’s a tentative ruling, the official court hearing is scheduled for Tuesday morning.

It is almost a certainty the judge will make the end of Amanda’s conservatorship official. As no one is objecting to Amanda’s petition to end her conservatorship, it is sure that Amanda will enjoy her freedom soon. Bynes’ lawyer David A. Esquibas has said her parents agree with her over the statement that she has made ‘significant progress’ in managing her bipolar disorder

This is amazing news for Amanda. The child star is gearing up for some big life changes once her conservatorship ends. She has already gotten a place to settle down with her fiancé.
