WWE and 2K are hoping to reclaim the success of their previous collaborations after the disaster that was 2k20 with the release of WWE 2K22. The game finally hit the shelves in the second week of March.
WWE Games took to Twitter Tuesday (March 22) to share an important update with players. They said they’re well aware of the failures players are experiencing playing co-op mode online.
The makers have therefore asked players to get the latest patch that was released this morning. WWE Games also told players to stay tuned for patch notes. Here’s what they said on Twitter:
Hey, All– we’re monitoring online play sessions; and noting some match failures when players with different versions of #WWE2K22 try to play together.
Patch 1.06 was released this morning, so please make sure you get the latest! Patch notes are coming up shortly so stay tuned!
WWE 2k22 also has an extensive lineup of DLC planned for the coming months, which include the likes of Machine Gun Kelly and Logan Paul as playable characters. Fans are glad WWE 2k22 is actually fun to play and that is what matters in the end.
