Damon Dash Wants Fans To Make Their Own Grammy Awards After Kanye West Snub

Kanye West has worked incredibly hard to make himself the billionaire rap and fashion mogul that he is today. There is certainly a method to his madness and that doesn’t mean everyone will like that about him. Damon Dash now wants fans to do something interesting after Kanye West’s latest snub.

Recently, Kanye West was suspended for 24 hours from Instagram after a string of unhinged posts. This was largely due to him using a racial slur on Trevor Noah. The Game blasted Instagram for suspending Kanye West.

That was not all as the ‘My Dark Twisted Fantasy’ rapper was also snubbed from performing at the Grammy Awards at the very last minute. This was met with a lot of backlash from fans as well.

While speaking to TMZ, Damon Dash was asked about Kanye West being snubbed from the Grammy Awards. Damon Dash made it clear that West couldn’t care less about the Grammys. He added that he wants fans to make their own Grammys in order to respect their own culture.

”Kanye don’t give a **** about the Grammy. We make our own Grammy. I’m not trying to fit into somebody else’s system, so we’ll create our own. Respect the culture.”

Damon Dash also urged Kanye West to not attend the Grammy Awards in general, even if he ends up winning an award. Kanye West will continue going after Pete Davidson and is unlikely going to stop that anytime soon. For his sake, we do hope West realizes there are more things in life than harassing his ex-wife’s new partner.
