R. Kelly is currently in prison on a separate federal indictment that includes child pornography, sexual exploitation of children and conspiracy to defraud the U.S. Government. He has been labelled as a predator and even tried to have charges against him dropped.
As previously earlier, the disgraced singer was found guilty on all counts in his federal trial. The disgraced rapper hasn’t yet been sentenced for those 9 counts of sex crimes. Even his victims spoke out in relief after the guilty verdict.
YouTube took down two of R. Kelly’s channels. RKellyTV and RKellyVevo we removed while YouTube prohibited Kelly from using, creating or owning any other channels on the platform. Certain fans were outraged at this fact as well.
On March 18th, TikTok user jizzlezoldykk uploaded a video that showed R. Kelly singing for her over the phone from prison. It was said that the girl’s father is currently incarcerated in the same Brooklyn federal detention facility as R. Kelly. She managed to get the singer to spit some bars for her while behind bars.
“I wanted to ask you something,” she says in the clip. “Can you sing a song for me?” When R. Kelly asks “which one?,” she replies, “the ‘Love Letter.’”
The video has garnered over 800,000 plays on TikTok and even two million-plus views on The Shade Room‘s Instagram. R. Kelly also released a statement after his conviction. R. Kelly is likely to be behind bars for a very long time and we wonder if he will be given a maximum life sentence in the end.
